In this newsletter, you’ll find key dates, upcoming events, and progress on important school initiatives. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to make this semester a success for our students.

Our Focus for This Year

This year, we’re concentrating on a few key areas:

  1. Academic Excellence: We’ll provide high-quality instruction and new learning opportunities for all students.

  2. Student Well-Being: We’re committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where students can grow socially and emotionally.

  3. Community Involvement: We’re strengthening partnerships with parents and the community to ensure student success.

Your Involvement Matters

We believe the partnership between home and school is essential for student success. We encourage you to stay connected—whether through volunteering, attending school events, or staying in touch with your child’s teachers.

Together, we can create a truly positive educational experience! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the school.

PARENTS AS TEACHERS

Do you have a child or children that are 3 years or younger? Then you may be interested in the Parents As Teachers program! Missouri's Parent Education Program is a voluntary parent education program offered through our school district, serving families who are expecting a child or have children under the age of kindergarten entry. Missouri's Parent Education Program helps to establish positive partnerships between home, school and the community and plays a vital role in supporting families and children from the very beginning toward school readiness.

This early childhood program is designed to offer regularly scheduled family personal visits, annual developmental screenings, monthly group connections and access to a network of resources. These components are integral in supporting and preparing children, families, schools and communities toward school readiness. Missouri's Parent Education Program provides opportunities to assist families with a smooth transition into preschool and kindergarten.
